Export calendar events to Google calendar

When I try to import calendar events from exported gantter proyect my calendar is not able to adquire ics file.

I am either able to vew calendar events by URL you provide through my Google calendar.

Is this facility having any kind of bug?

I see now that I can only export ical milestones event otherwhise ical file is empty.

Could you please show me how to import those event on my calendar using URL link?
