I  apologize for the delayed response we check forums every 1-2 days but the best way to get a quicker answer in hours is to submit a help ticket in gantter through the help menu up top.

Zoom  IN / OUT:

There are two different ways to zoom in gantter.

The first way is gantter zoom functionality which is using the "Zoom In" or "Zoom Out" buttons on the toolbar or in the View menu of the gantter editor. This changes the time periods of your gantt chart and allows it to go from a monthly view to a weekly view or vice versa. You can also see the calendar in the gantt chart in quarters, as shown in one of the screenshots below. 

However, if you want to zoom in on the entire project as a whole, you can use your browser's zoom functionality.
