Milestones and deliverables
Hi Giulio,
My name is Sophia, thanks for reaching out! Let me show you how to make milestones in projects. First double click the task you wish to turn into a milestone and you will be brought to the general tab on the task properties page. Here it has an option to check a box and turn a task into a milestone, see the screenshot below.
Milestones appear as diamonds in your gantt chart timeline, here's what they will look like in your project.
As for the deliverables part of your question I'm not sure what aspects of deliverables you are referring to specifically but if you'd like since your new to gantter I think it would helpful for you to book a support call with me where I can show you how the product works and answer any other questions you might have. it's clear for me and I've already experienced in my project the efficacy of your suggestions regarding milestones..
Concerning deliverables, for the moment I'm going to manage them as milestones. It's a good appox for project management purposes.
Wait for more challenging questions from my part in the future, once I'll improve my experience with Gantter!

Oh of course, anytime! Oh your from Italy, how cool! What part? My family is from a small town called Corinola about a half hour from Naples. Some of my family still lives in Italy while more of my immediate family immigrated to America back in the 1960s. It's the most beautiful country in the world I've traveled a lot and Italy still takes the cake by a mile and then some.
