Duration to stay the same for a task even if I change the number of resources allocated. I would recommend changing the "Type" of the task to "Fixed Duration". You can adjust this on the Advanced tab of the Task Properties.
Gantter is a free MS viewer. You can import a MS project right onto Gantter under project in the top tool bar

at this time there is not app for ios or ipad. You can sync Gantter and Google, Google calendar, Google Task.

No, Gantter does not create folders inside Gantter. You are able to create folders inside Google drive to save your Gantter files too.
