Duration to stay the same for a task even if I change the number of resources allocated. I would recommend changing the "Type" of the task to "Fixed Duration". You can adjust this on the Advanced tab of the Task Properties.
Simply change your Project Properties, start date of project. F8 will open your Project Property tool.
