I cannot access my files.  My account seems to be syncing with another of my email address...but I may be confused about that.  I had thought that my account was under another address but when I log in it syncs to a seldom used email address of mine.  Maybe its always been like that.  I checked to see what payments methods were enabled, thinking that maybe there might be a problem there, but everything looks fine there.  Any idea why my files won't open?
