Impossible to open an old project or even create a new one!

Hello there,

I always get a blank window when I try to open a gantter on G suite, or even when i try to open a downloaded file. No files open, always a blank window.

... Anyone has the same situation?

Can you tell me what browser and version you are using. Also, does "blank window" mean the entire browser screen is blank or do you see the Gantter editor but your file did not load?
