No one seems to look at these forums but Gantter are very responsive if you email them. Even if you haven't paid yet.

We do check the forums, but yes, we do prioritize support emails over the forums.
Will, if you could share the file with msilva@gantter.com - he can check to see what is happening.

Gantter froze then my entire project tasks have disappeared. The Version on Google Drive is blank but the Resources are still there - help!!!
