Gantter automatically schedules all tasks in a project. This is similar to the "Auto Scheduled" task mode (not "Manually Scheduled") in MS Project.

After importing the project to Gantter, all of the tasks in this project begin on March 7, 2018 because that is the project start date and these tasks don't have any constraints or predecessors that would require them to be scheduled later.

To require the task to start on November 16, a constraint would need to be added to the task such as "Must Start On".
