Share probleme
Please try clearing your browser's cache or use Chrome's incognito mode (press Ctrl+ Shift + N to bring up a new incognito window) and then try sharing again.
You can also share the project from Google Drive: https://drive.google.com
This issue is caused when you are signed into multiple logins. Your browser and Gantter accounts need to match when both are logged in.

Apparently this still an issue 5 years down the road. I receive the same error message ("Sorry, an internal error has occurred and your request was not completed.") when I attempt to change the permission restrictions or add a new person with permission to edit the file in Gantter. I did empty the cache and start Gantter in a new incognito window as suggested but with identical results. A solution would be much appreciated.
Okay but are you sure your google profiles are matching up? That's normally the issue I tested the sharing feature on my end and it does work normally. However I find the logic behind the sharing to be more complicated than it needs to be, which is why in our new release of Gantter coming in early fall this process will be greatly improved. Thank you for the feedback, it has been taken into consideration when created our new version of Gantter.
