Is this your project or a project shared with you? IF it is a project that has been shared with you please check to make sure you have editing rights to print and share.
If You are in a trial that has expired you will see a project print and share feature grayed out. Please check to make sure you are subscribed.

I just subscribed to Gantter but the print option is not activated and the Share option doesn't work.
