How to reflect Working partial hours on an 8 hour work day?

If a task lasts 5 calendar days, the resource only works 2 hours per day on that task, and the work calendar for the resource is an 8 hour work day. How to have gantter account for only 10 hours of work only even if the task took 5 calendar days to complete?
