Help! Cannot open my file: same message "Opening the project from Google Drive, please wait..." if i open from Gantter or Google drive

I can see this is a common issue but cannot find a solution anywhere... need urgent help as it's for a presentation this afternoon!

Please try clearing your browser's cache or use Chrome's incognito mode (press Ctrl+ Shift + N to bring up a new incognito window) and then try again.

Please let us know if you still have this issue after clearing your cache or when using incognito mode.

Try it in an Incognito window

Your Gantter account should be matching with Google

If you are exporting a file from one edition and importing to another edition with same mail it works otherwise it won't.

If you have different mail Id with same subscription, it will be overlapping.

In that case you have to cancel and repurchase
